You can see the current status of each transfer under Transaction History. Select a transfer to view more information under Remittance Details and Transaction Progress.
What does “Draft” mean?
Your transfer has been created, but the payment has not yet been completed. Open the transfer to continue with the payment.
If you have already attempted to pay or money has been deducted from your account, please do not make another payment. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
What does “Initiated” mean?
Your transfer request has been created and received by our system.
What does “Under Review” mean?
Your transfer is undergoing a routine review. No action is needed unless we contact you. If we require any additional information, we will contact you by email and explain what you need to provide.
Please keep an eye on your inbox and check your spam or junk folder regularly.
What does “Ready for Payment” mean?
Your payment has been completed, and the transfer is ready to be paid to the recipient. No further action is required from you unless we contact you.
What does “Paid” mean?
The transfer has been completed and the money has been paid to the recipient.
What does “Expired” mean?
The transfer was not completed within the available time and can no longer be continued. You will need to create a new transfer.
What does “Cancelled” mean?
The transfer has been cancelled and will not be processed further.
What does “Refunded” mean?
A refund has been issued to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear in you account may depend on your bank or card provider.
How do I see the latest status?
Refresh the page to view the latest update, as some transfers are processed quickly.
