Follow these steps in the Juba Express app:
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Transfer Money.
- Find Transaction History.
- Select the transfer you want to check.
The Remittance Details page will show:
- The current status and progress of the transfer
- The transaction reference number
- The amount sent
- The recipient and payout details
- The payment information
If the transfer is not shown, select View All to see your complete transaction history.
