You can send money to recipients throughout Turkey using the Juba Express app.
Available payout options
The recipient can receive the money through:
- Bank transfer in Turkish lira (TRY)
- Bank transfer in US dollars (USD)
- Cash pickup in US dollars (USD)
How to send money
- Sign in to the Juba Express app.
- Select Transfer Money.
- Choose Turkey.
- Select the recipient’s preferred payout option.
- Enter the amount you want to send.
- Add a new recipient or select an existing recipient.
- Review the transfer details and confirm your payment.
Bank transfer in TRY
Enter the recipient’s correct IBAN. The related bank information will appear automatically.
Complete the remaining details, including the recipient’s full name, nationality and mobile number. Make sure the full name matches the recipient’s identification document and bank account.
Bank transfer in USD
Select the recipient’s bank from the supported banks displayed in the app.
Enter the requested recipient and bank account details carefully. Make sure the account can receive USD and that the account holder’s name is correct.
Cash pickup in USD
Enter the recipient’s full name and nationality exactly as shown on their valid identification document. Use the recipient’s own mobile number.
The recipient may need to present the same identification document when collecting the money.
Fees and exchange rate
Before you continue, the app will show:
- The amount you are sending
- The transfer fee
- The exchange rate
- The amount the recipient will receive
- The total amount you will pay
